Long awaited refund

Hi, I'm struggling to get my refund from FNB Business, I 1st sent my proof of account as requested on the 25 of April 2022 to date I still haven't received it. I kept calling and they claimed that I didn't send the proof of account and I send it again on the 17th of May, they're claiming different stories. They're working with Symington De kok, and they're just frustrating with all their stories...
