Inefficient and extremely unprofessional service , Sym de kok is the worst.

Extremely unprofessional. I had paid a settlement amount last year , and staff keep saying they haven't received it ,even upon sending numerous proof of payments. Staff do not have direct work lines and direct emails,wonder how they work which explains as to why they are so inefficient. Absolutely appalling work ethic.
