Debt Collecting Jokes

My whole FNB account was shut down because of R300 outstanding on my account. I have never heard of this collection agency as I have never received a single email, statement or sms. This was confirmed by them. They were proud of the fact that they tried calling once in November and left a voice message. Now, after receiving the account via email (which they had all along), the email has come through looking like absolute spam with zero names, signatures, anything. Absolute joke for a company representing FNB.
