Cyber Bullying

Who are these people and why do they have all my details. Are they exempted from the POPI Act? Why do the Financial institutions have the right to send your personal details to anyone they please and even sell your information. After I called Them to tell them I already have an agreement in place, they spammed me wit 5 SMS's in 5 minutes. That is 100% Cyber Bullying .

How can we make this stop??
