capfin account

I have settled my Capfin account 4 months ago! My credit report has not been updated yet. This account still show outstanding. And even worse your paid up letter say a capitec account is settled instead of capfin!!!! I am trying to apply for vehicle finance and because of your and Capfin's incompetence I cannot get finance! This is unacceptable!!! I want this sorted out ASAP!
