Can't get a paid up letter

I was a client of Capfin due to their **** communication I after 2 years found I owed them money. I struggled to get a statement out of them for some time. Eventually after they decided not to respond to my repeated emails they handed my account over to Symington & Kok. I called them this morning to get a settlement amount as I just wanted to pay and get it over with. I asked the agent that if I paid today that I would like to get the settlement letter immediately as I will do a direct deposit and not an EFT. After paying I immediately emailed the proof of payment and to my surprise was told by Petro I cannot get the letter until Monday!!!!! How unfair is that that I pay them as promised and they have the proof knowing full well I cannot reverse the money that I am told to wait till the money reflects? It was from FBN TO FNB direct deposit how can they say they have to wait for it to reflect??? I cannot believe this people I informed them I will be going to Hello Peter and they didnt even try to say they can have it by tomorrow. No service at all. Really unprofessional!!!
