Blocking incoming Calls.

Ive just contacted Syminton $ De Kok in Bloemfontein in regards to a so called accaount which this campony is keeping me responsible for debt.Needed to Speak to Bahidile Mmile. The receptionist informed me the person i need to consult with is busy with a call. I Asked if i could hold on for this person and in a very bad manor the receptionist informed me NO YOU CANT HOLD ON CAUSE YOU ARE BLOCKING THE LINE FOR INCOMING CALLS.... ***.<br> Is this the way the receptionist are trained to talk to customers. VERY VERY VERY BAD......!!!
