Great service - Highly recommended

I bought my wife a set of items from Symbols on Silk for Christmas via their website and although the delivery was processed in a very timely fashion, upon opening her present on Christmas Day we realized that we were sent the wrong items by mistake. Understandable, as the items we received look very similar to the ones ordered. I am happy to report that not only did they offer to send us the correct items at their expense, but that we may keep the incorrect items as a "token of apology". Truly great service and a beautiful catalogue of goods. Would highly recommend!
