NORTON NOT WORKING WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESS

There is an automatic update with the product. The latest version will not work with Outlook Express. I ( and millions of others ) will not change to Outlook. I want my money back as what I bought is not what I have now.<br> They say they are fixing it but nothing happens
