Horrible and utterly disrespectable

<p>Yet again my gran's headstone has fallen after it was previously fixed three times already.</p> <p>We cannot continue running to Sylvia's Tombstone to get this fixed, the service is horrible and the place is actually shutdown,</p> <p> </p> <p>We have to now carry the costs of getting this fixed becuase of her clear incompetence.</p> <p>If anyone knows where i can take this further please let me know becuase we certatinly not going to leave it here.</p> <p> </p>
