Withdrawal issues

Worst provident fund holder, it’s been over 21 business days and I haven’t received the money I requested to withdraw from my provident I constantly need to call them to follow and when ever I get someone on the line they don’t know why I haven’t received my money, the last person I spoke to put me on hold while they messaged the fund administrator to find out what could be the reason the money hasn’t been released yet, next thing I knew, she hung up.
