Why cant manamgent get involved

Hi

I am currently unemployed i have made use of the online portal submitted my documents on friday there was a failed banking details that took place i sent thru the proper bank account friday Tashriq and another Indian lady was very helpful however I dont know Id its the consultant thst handles my account or what but she is very tedious when it comes to customer service. I called since friday for a manager to assist i sent numerous emails and no one is managing to contact me. I still require management to call me as soon as they receive this message on this platform. The unnecessary drag for what. I asked Josh today to please escalate the matter to management to ask if they can just hit release cos that is the hold up to no avail ko feedback whst so ever. Is this the type of people are monies get invested im im sure if whoever was in the same boat they would act differently.
