Unprofessional and disappointing first time invester

I heard a lot of good reviews on sygnia investments, so I opened an account but after all no customer service on simple requests like sending an confirmation email or asking for bank details to make deposits. Very unprofessional and disappointing. It's not worth investing with them and do your homework on other companies like Allen grey,satrix or 10x.
