Good day Unfortunately according to the South African legislation, they could not assist because of the once portion withdrawal I took in 2021.

Sygnia has to follow the policies stipulated by SARS. I cannot attach my documents because that’s confidential and private.

Thank you very much for taking my call earlier, it was a pleasure speaking to you.

Legislation allows only one early withdrawal from each preservation fund you have cumulatively taxed at withdrawal lump sum rates.

In your case, we processed a withdrawal on your investment on 23 June 2022 for an amount of R100 000.

The rules of the fund are very clear and strict – only one early withdrawal is permitted per fund. I have attached your investment information issued when your investment commenced, for ease of reference.
