Terrible customer service and lack of interest.

I submitted documents for my withdrawal on 5 August 2024 to SURF. After a long wait, I decided to follow-up on 12 September 2024. Nothing had been done on my withdrawal despite having submitted all required documents. I was told that it will take 15 Days to be paid out. In the first week of October, I decided to follow-up again and they promised to call me back which they didn't. I followed up on 8 October again with no success but a very uninterested email. Today is the 11th of October and I receive an email that reads: "My withdrawal has begun and will take 15 Days." At this moment I have lost all hope because I've heard this before. The customer service is terrible to say the least and I will never associate with this company again. I don't even recommend it.
