Taking clients for granted

Truly a nightmare to deal deal with your company. I was told that the process takes 15 working days for my withdrawal to be processed. Today is day 16 (last working day of May) I haven't been paid the is complete silence on your end. I called today I was advised I need to speak to Andiswa then my line got cut off while being transferred to her. This happened twice.

Now what is so difficult with being told what is the delay all about and be given the date that I will be paid. I have bills to pay it is month end.
