Sygnia payout will give detail review once 15 working days have lapsed

I am awaiting a payout from Sygnia , however I must say the reviews on here have me on edge. So far they have been responsive and said it will all take 15 working days , the time period is not over yet so still hopeful. Will keep everyone posted for now they get a 3/5
