Sygnia payout taking time

I withdrew from my company Provident fund on leaving them at the end of August. I requested a lumpsum of a portion of it on withdrawal - i have been waiting for it for over 1.5 months, going on 2 months. This is ridiculous and it's their processes taking time. I obviously need the money urgently hence having requested it when i did end of August. Sygnia, i need my payout this month, please. I can't afford to wait anylonger.
