Poor Sleepy Service

Mix up , don't read application forms /send email query to incorrect email address and don't follow up. One week ago i sent an application for a New unit Trust investment m an additional investment for an existing client. The unit trust investment choice is clearly stated on the form. You send a query to an email address that is not mine. Clearly i cannot reply to an email i don't get. A week later you don't follow up. What is the point of an application form , if not read. Sort this out.
