Most unreliable service.

One star is a compliment for this company as the lack of service and communication is truly pathetic. It's been almost 2 months trying to withdraw from this company, and they have endless excuses, and a new issue always arises.

Paper work went missing after confirmation of receipt (it was emailed), and 2 weeks later, they can't find the documents.

New issue 2 weeks later, there is a calculation error.

2 weeks later, they are still busy with seeding due to a technical glitch from the previous error.

Now, they are just not responding to email. I would never want to deal with them every again.
