Liberty vs Sygnia

I was retrenched in April 2020 and disinvestment instruction from my pension funds (1 at liberty and 1 at Sygnia) was submitted on or around 20 April 2020. I received disinvestment from Liberty on 8 May, just over two weeks later. It is now 23 June 2020, 2 MONTHS LATER, and I still have not received disinvestment from Sygnia. All they have is excuses, excuses, excuses. I will say however that not being able to meet disinvestment requests during a national financial crisis does raise eyebrows regarding a company's liquidity
