Incorrectly allocating RA funds - flat out ignore emails
Looking at your reviews and treatment of clients is shocking - seriously considering a transfer of my funds away from Sygnia
I have now sent three emails since last week Thursday, each one responds with an auto-responder that you will respond in 48 hours, but you don't.
You have allocated my debit order funds to the wrong funds after I resubmitted the forms last year - I'd like this corrected.

17 Jan 2020, 10:19This sort of blatant dishonesty puts me off even more, I will most likely be cancelling future debit orders.
1.) I have not spoken to anyone. I have received an email admitting to YOUR mistake in not following the submitted instruction
2.) Incorrect email? Please explain ,how, as per my original post, an auto-response was received back three times saying I would get a response in 48 hours if an incorrect email was used?
