Hype and Very Little Substance
I've sold my Sygnia shares today. <br> <br> It is 11 days since my application for a new tax free savings account was submitted (via email). Up to date no written confirmation that my application was successful (except auto-replies by bots to confirm that my application was received). <br> <br> I've called at least twice and received empty promises for most part. I've only received a proper response when I cancelled my application and sent an email to the Company Secretary earlier today. <br> <br> Will I refer others to Sygnia? Will I ever trust Sygnia with my money again? Not likely. <br> <br> Based on my personal experience, Sygnia is a company based on HYPE and very little substance, especially in terms of human capital. Good luck with those robo advisors. I am out.
