Horrible service. Pretty much a sh*t show.

Horrible horrible service. My claim was submitted on the 2nd April. I think they only started working on it after I called because they now say it’ll take 10-15 days to process, from next week. I don’t understand why it takes them over a month to process a claim. It’s incredibly frustrating and they seem to not give a rat’s a**, and that’s an offence to rat’s a**es. I hope I never have to deal with them ever again.
