Funds payout communication

Sygnia is really failing me and i really believed in them, it's been 15days waiting for my payout, since I've resigned from my workplace on da 31st of August 2024, thy take time to reply to emails, the last email I received from them, was when they told me about my remaining amount that wil b paid at da later stage, no explanation on why nd whn m I gng to get my payout nd whn m I going to receive the remaining amount... I asked for my funds statements, since I have 3 accounts with...stil waiting for them to reply my emails, they take forever to reply to emails, Please assist me...please I beg
