Extremely Poor Service and Unfulfilled Promises from Sygnia

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Sygnia, the administrator of my provident fund. Since leaving my company in April 2024, I have been waiting for over seven weeks for the resolution of my exit from the fund. Despite multiple follow-ups, Sygnia has repeatedly made mistakes and failed to follow through on their promises.

The continuous delays and lack of action on their part have been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Their repeated assurances of resolving the issue have proven to be empty promises, leaving me with no choice but to consider reporting them to the ombudsman.

I strongly advise anyone considering Sygnia for their provident fund administration to think twice. Their inefficiency and poor customer service have caused me significant inconvenience and stress.
