Distraught parent

Hello got dismissed at work and even now, I am stil waiting for my provident fund payout and due to this my daughter is denied access to school due to outstanding fees that was gonna settle with this payout. Last feedback I got from them was telling me about switching , dont even know what the hell is that, all I need is my payout so my daughtet can go to school.
