Claim not processed after 12 weeks.

I resigned from my previous employer in September 2024. Its been 12 weeks since my claim has not been paid. The last communication I received after consistently calling Sygnia from The beginning of October was that funds were made to my account 4 business days ago. Sygnia has promised the funds will reflect after 3 business days it's been more than 3 business days and still nothing.
