Claim Not Payed

I have been patiently waiting for my claim since end of October and it’s almost the end of the year. I’ve been waiting for them to get back to me and still no reply! I’ve been put on hold for than 1hr waiting for their “ manger” to give me a clear response. I am sick and tired of the lies the consultants tell me saying it will be done within a few days but it is 2 months now waiting for a claim? They don’t care about clients they only care about lying to us . I expressed how important the money was and still each consultant brings up a new lie to validate why it’s delayed. Next week and I have payments and there is no guarantee on the claim being put through. I hope they receive this message and sort this out cause clearly they have no interest in helping clients.
