Bad service

I just did my claim and was told that they haven't invested the May payment and they will then process the payment with the reviews I'm seeing I'm afraid these people won't pay my money on time and why should we wait this long to get the money?? Like we work for that money it should be at least 7-14 working days for the money to reflect not these run arounds with our monies... Mine i want by Monday they should have everything completed as I have paid for may already..
