3 months and still waiting - Poor service :( Loosing money
Hi Its been 3 months since Syngia debited my account with my savings of R36k but to date I have note received my Logins /Passwords to the Sygnia ALchemy login page. They asked for my Marriage certificate which I have since submitted. Sygnia I expected more from your team , please sort this issue out immediately and get someone to call me back. Poor service. Has my money been invested yet and if yes when :( I have lost out on significant growth because of your delays.
