2 Pot payout

My two‑pot withdrawal has been stuck at the same stage since 06/03/2026. For the past five days I’ve been following up, but every time I only receive the same reply: “We are aware and working on it.”

What makes it worse is that my colleagues who app**** at the same time have already been paid. The administator assigned to my withdrawal is not helping , i am starting to believe she doesnt know whats going on. Please sort out my payout.
