Bad service

Dropped off my car early in the morning (08:30)and I was told that they will call me for further additional costs once fully assessed, at around 12:30pm I called them about the assessment and they said they are busy with the car, when I went to their workshop at around 16:30pm they tell me that they haven’t done anything yet to the car..
