Chev sonic RS

Took my car to Vryburg for the second time in one months time, 2 week later they phone me and say that there is nothing wrong with my car. Even though there is a huge oil leak in my garage. After everything I get my car back with no fuel at all not even enough to get me to a petrol station. My cars service book and waranty book was not given back to me at all since AA brought the car back I was not aware of this until the car had been dropped off. There is a huge dent in my driver side door. I phoned them to get the reports on my car as I can not understand why my car was there for so long and they just said there isno report 4 diffrent people drove the car they plugged in 3 diagnostics machines but could not find anything but forgot to check the oil... Took them aday to check the oil and get back to me.... Now I'm still stuck with a car witch has no books and no petrol and a extra dent on my door???Poor service
