Sydney Barlow is a con property management consultant. He collected apartment management fees from us and allowed the apartment to be run down without providing cleaning services for which he was paid. A furnished apartment was so run down in the end, furniture pieces went missing with Sydney disappearing with no trace. Forewarned is forearmed.
