*********** Sydenham clinic staff

So yesterday 09/06/2020 I went to my local Sydenham clinic in durban which is situated near Sydenham heights. I arrived at 11:45am did a temperature screening and my clinic card was taking in to be captured on their system. The line was long but as I noticed people that's coming way after me are been pushed inside and skipping people that's been waiting long hours in the line which is outside. There was two Pregnant ladies in the line aswel but they were about two spaces before me. But those pregnant ladies were also been skipped and people that's coming way after them/two pregnant ladies and me are getting seen to before us. After 12 or 12:30om a coloured lady wearing pick 'n pay uniform came way after me but she got pushed inside even skipping the two pregnant ladies aswel. As time is going and I'm following the line I see more people are coming and that's after 2pm and going straight inside. So I went and told them why must we wait so long outside and people coming way after us are been seen to first. So the lady wearing pick 'n pay uniform came out while I was still waiting outside and she had a Sydenham clinic letter of attendance aswel.. By the time I got seen to it was already after 3pm and when I asked for letter of attendance from the nurse or Dr that was seeing to me. I was told they don't supply letter of attendance after 3pm. So I went to the lady incharge. Some B lungado. I asked her for letter of attendance and she told me they don't give letter of attendance because companies don't use it. So why was the lady wearing pick 'n pay uniform supp**** with letter of attendance yet she was suppose to be behind me in the line but she skipped the two pregnant ladies and was seen to and supp**** with letter of attendance. Theres no order in that clinic from top management to bottom.
