I engaged SyBLESS to fix my washing machine in December 2025. They came to repair the machine on the 17th of December 2025 and charged me R3 800 including parts and they said that the machine will be due for service in May 2026. The following day whilst using the machine it started vibrating to the extent that it moved from its position. Their response was that it was not even on the floor. They said that the inside surface was not even. I contacted them on the 5th of January and they said the legs are not balanced and they would come to fix it. On the 15th of January they said that they would come on Saturday and they never came. On the 2nd of February I contacted them again and they said I need new labor legs which cost R500.00. On the 7th they came and charged me R700.00. On the 13th I called them again reporting the same problem. They promised to come and on the 18th Feb I contacted them again and they said they were in JHB and will come. On the 26th I contacted them and promised to come on the 27th and they never came. On the 1st of Match I contacted them and said they will come on the 3rd but they failed to fix the machine. I called them on the1st of April and the machine is not yet sorted, They said I needed springs to be installed, I asked for costs and they promised to send a quote which they never did. They also fixed my daughters machine for R5,600 and they left it leaking. As a result she cannot use the machine and since then she has spent about R5 thousand Rand since then for laundromat.
