Worst customer service ever!!!

I bought a Cuisine 6 drop in braai on the 15th of February 2019, installation only happened in May 2019. The braai face plate was bend, the rotisserie back burner didn't work. They gave me a bunch of excuses and said it will be replaced and the burner sorted out. Till this day nothing has happened and I've phoned them probably 20 times, and they phoned my not once. Please people don't use them unless you want to get the worst, and I really mean the worse customer service you've ever received. It's a pity Hello Peter doesn't allow you to pick zero stars under rating.
