Not very professional

My husband and I went to the Syam Gas for a specific product they supp****. There was no one to help us on the showroom floor so we had to go looking for someone in the factory. Once someone did assist us, it looked like he was doing us a favour for being there, arms folded and very laid back. My husband asked some questions on product variations, and if he could supply us a price list and what the prices included. The person helping us did not give us a price list and mumbled a few things to himself as if we were wasting his time, it was really disappointing.
