Deplorable service; cannot complete job

The service is deplorable. The company expects money upfront and then it's a waiting game. My wife and I had close to 100 calls ,WhatsApps and emails to contact them to ask when the installation will be completed. There are empty promises made each time you call. Even worse I had to question about openings in the fireplaces and boxes to cover manifold ,etc. If I didn't ask it would not have even been done. This is a company that has grown too fast and is not setup to manage the workload and keep the professionalism one would expect from such a company. Don't use them for residential work, we are too small to get any service out of them.
