Bad Customer Service and Unreliable!!

OMG I have never dealt with a bunch of unprofessional people like I did at SYAM. First they want the money upfront then the next thing there all kinds of issues with the installation. They gave me such a run around and were so unprofessional. I doubt I'll ever recommend them to anyone ever. Their whole team is just questionable hey. You pay them upfront then it's a chasing game, I made well over 100 calls to them. At some point you're sent from pillar to post, I had to turn to a mad woman to get this installation completed. I'm praying nothing goes wrong cause I know I'm in trouble with getting any repair service from them.

So anyone wanting to use them, I would say be prepared to fight, scream and just be a lunatic.
