Useless Bunch! Give us our stuff!!!!!

This company is the worst thing you’ll ever experience in your life. Bought fireplaces from them and they want money upfront. After they’re paid, you’ll be running around calling them endlessly to get any information. The order was done in September and we’re still waiting. The most terrible customer service and the person who answers the phone when you call is rude and hides Craig. We can’t get hold of Craig now. He promised to deliver 2 weeks ago and we’re still waiting. Today he tells us he’ll call us back cos the units should have been delivered. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They will take your money and disappear.
