SERVICE THAT HAS BLOWN ME AWAY AND LEFT ME AMAZED

I just want to complement the staff at Syam Distributors who have really amazed me with unmatched customer care and commitment. Never before have i experienced such service. I must say this has been the best service i have ever experienced in my life. I made contact with Syam on Christmas day as my braai was not working and i was having a family get together for our Christmas day braai. I was not even expecting my call to be answered. The Syam representative who i got through to also happened to be at his family Christmas day get together, but without any hesitance he arrived at my home about 45 minutes later. When he arrived he went through the braai and established that the safety valve on the gas line to the braai was closed. On opening it the braai was working properly. He then took a few minutes to go through the braai with me and left. I am so grateful for this as my day was really enjoyable and the braai was the best. Thank you again to Syam - you guys are the best!
