Quality product and installation- Thank you

For the Syam products that I purchased, I also, unfortunately, experienced a delay in the products being manufactured and installed. Initially the company could not meet the installation date as agreed. However, when I did contact them, they did explain that they were experiencing internal problems that caused the delay in the manufacturing and delivery of products and that they working on resolving their internal issues to avoid such problems in the future. Thereafter they made much effort to deliver the gas product and get the installation done as they promised. The end result was that a quality final product was delivered and installed by their very helpful & friendly installation team. I am totally satisfied with their product, installation and their honesty & commitment to resolve issues.
