Highly annoyed & frustrated with pathetic service I’ve received

I’ve been dealing with this company since 2017 for the gas Installation, fireplace and Gas cages at my new home in Sandown. I’ve dealt with Craig and Sean on numerous occasions and they both came out to my house quite a few times to inspect. They have now left Syam and no longer work there.

Only recently have I been dealing with Cindy who I must say is extremely unprofessional she doesn’t return my calls and expects me to run after her. Her client service is pathetic!

I’m highly annoyed that now when my home is finally completed and I require my gas certification that it can’t be issued because my pool pump is near the gas cages. This company comes across as professional in what they do hence I used them so how come none of consultants couldn’t tell me to move this before as we had ample time since 2017 to correct this.

As a homeowner I don’t know the do’s and dont’s of Gas which I why I utilized this companies services. I don’t appreciate the run around one bit- I’ve been trying to get hold of Cindy since Saturday to find a way forward/ solution for this mishap I have encountered and she doesn’t come to the phone or return my calls even after I’ve left her messages. I’m not happy at all and I don’t appreciate this. She is pleasant to deal with!!!

I’m highly frustrated and annoyed with this company if you’re want to utilize their services be prepared for a big fights! I’m now trying to get hold of the owner Sydney let’s see if he can find a solution or way forward ..... highly annoyed Syam customer
