I found (SY Construction - Steve) through Bark

I found (SY Construction - Steve) through Bark.com. He had five star reviews on Bark.com so I thought they were a legit contractor. He sent me a quotation and although it was steep, I paid the 70% deposit. The quotation laid out what would be done but what happened was poor workmanship and only a fraction of what was supposed to be done. He then wanted the balance of the money. If there was negative rating I would rate them -100 stars.
