No concern for customer service

<p>Two products were purchased online on the 23rd of June, a few days later i received a mail stating that BOTH my items have been dispatched. To my dismay on the 30th of June only one product was delivered. I immediately mailed them and did not receive a response till monday which was okay because i understood that it was the weekend. The lady who responded said she would resolve the problem however 4 days later i have heard nothing about my missing product.</p> <p> </p> <p>To put a cherry on top of all of this i queried my order on one of their instagram pictures as i received no communication via mail. The picture was removed quickly and still NO RESPONSE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this kind of service disgusting as they are now sitting with a full payment and i with half my order. </p>
