its horrible how debt collectors treat clients. so i was not shocked when one of the consultant called Arnold at swordfish debt collectors spoke to me like i am a child. after i have explained that i work for a certain bank and i have already made payment arrangements he went ahead and told me wont waste his time on me and that instead of using the platform they suggested i should call in.
