Reimbur*****t for payment made

I used EFT payment to pay for an e wallet to the value of R500. <br> <br> I have called and sent countless emails re this and was promised that they will look into my query, that was early March. Currently, I have sent emails almost on a weekly basis, but there is no response to my emails.<br> <br> I feel disrespected and unfairly treated as a client. <br> <br> Now , I want my money back to be deposited into my bank account as soon as possible.<br> <br>
