this company does not adhere to aftermarket CPA conditions don`t use them

This company after sales with regards to replacing goods still under warranty is terrible. I spent almost R70,000.00 with them purchasing hardware on door automation systems, but they do not adhere to CPA to replace goods still under warranty. They take months ordering the replacement stock with no one actually being of any assistance, once the stock arrives they make you pay for the replacement hardware again. They don`t even have a clue how to test the faulty hardware!!! The aftermarket service is up to **** do not use them rather use a reputable company that adheres to the National CPA. Not even the Director is of any help or adhere to the National CPA.
